About us
We are dedicated to crafting elite triathlon bike components and accessories, where simple principles meet unparalleled performance.
Strive Aero grew out of a simple DIY project dating back to the beginning of 2023, when the Founder, Rait Läänemets, was looking to increase his performace on the bike to shave minutes off his full distance times. At first, the position was 3D scanned and the first 3D model of the Monobar was created via 3D printing. It was tested and iterated numerous times until a perfect fit, performance and comfort was achieved.
In 2024 the first Carbon fibre prototype was produced and tested throughout the year. It's unique look got some attention of other triathletes which led to further design iterations to make the product modular and suitable for a broad range of bikes and arms.
In 2025 we provided our first production prototype to Henry Räppo, an Estonian pro athlete who had just begun his transition from olympic distances into long distance triathlon. After a stellar start to his first long distance season, there is proof that our product works, is easy to race/travel with and comfortable.
