EFBE Safety Testing
Independently tested at EFBE
Our Monobar was independently tested by EFBE, a specialist bicycle-component testing laboratory in Germany.
The testing was designed to evaluate the structural integrity and durability of the complete aerobar assembly under repeated, real-world loading. Particular attention was given to the areas that experience the highest stresses in use, including the extension mounts, armrest structure, adjustment interfaces and connection to the bicycle.
The aerobar successfully completed the required test programme without structural failure or loss of function. This confirms that the design is not only lightweight and aerodynamic, but also capable of withstanding the demanding loads generated during training, racing and everyday use.
Independent laboratory testing forms an important part of our development process. It allows us to validate our engineering calculations, identify potential weaknesses and ensure that every production component meets the same safety and durability requirements as the original design.
