Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If an order arrives in several parcels, they start when the last one arrives.

To withdraw, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up. Email rait@striveaero.com with your order number, or use the model form below. It is enough to send your message before the deadline.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, to:
Wattworks OÜ (Strive Aero), Sammu tänav 6-6, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia.

You pay the cost of returning the goods. Please pack them carefully, in the original packaging if you can.

Your refund

We will refund everything you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may hold the refund until the goods arrive back with us, or until you show proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. We refund using your original payment method, at no cost to you.

You may handle and inspect the goods the way you would in a shop. If they have been used beyond that (for example ridden, scratched, or with heat-shrink or bar tape applied), we may deduct an amount for the loss in value.

Exceptions

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, for example a cockpit or grip built to your measurements or position scan. We will tell you before you order if your item falls under this.

Standard configurations chosen from the options in our shop can be returned under this policy.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time after you notice it, with photos if you can. Under Estonian law you have a legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery. We will repair or replace the item, or refund you if that is not possible. This does not affect your other legal rights.

Business customers

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Business returns are by agreement.
