Cockpits are larger and need extra packaging, which is why their shipping costs more. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Need delivery somewhere else, such as Canada? Email us at rait@striveaero.com and we will quote a price.
Processing times
- Items in stock (e.g. aero storage boxes): dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Made-to-order items (e.g. the Strive Monobar cockpit): each one is built for your bike and position. After you order, we email you a short fit form; production starts once we have your details, and your cockpit is usually ready to ship within 3–4 weeks. If yours will take longer, we will tell you.
Delivery
We ship with DHL and email you a tracking number when your order leaves. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- Estonia: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- USA: 5–10 working days
Customs and import duties
Orders within the EU have no customs charges, and VAT is included in our prices.
For orders outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA), import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included. The customer pays them on delivery. If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before unpacking it and contact us within 7 days. If tracking stops updating for more than 10 working days, contact us and we will take it up with DHL.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will ask you to pay for sending it again.
