Terms of service
1. Who we are
This store is run by Wattworks OÜ, trading as Strive Aero. Registry code 17081913, VAT number EE102783775, Sammu tänav 6-6, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia. Email: rait@striveaero.com, phone: +372 5692 4604.
2. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed at striveaero.com. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
3. Orders and contract
After you place an order, you will get an email confirming we received it. The contract is formed when we confirm your order, or when we ship it, whichever happens first. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if a price is clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund you in full.
4. Made-to-order products
Some products, such as the Strive Monobar, are made after you order. Lead times are estimates. If yours will be more than 2 weeks later than the stated time, we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, or in your local currency where available, and include VAT for EU customers. Shipping is added at checkout (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is taken when you order, through Shopify Payments: card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
6. Product use and safety
Our products are performance cycling components. Please:
- Have them installed by, or checked by, a qualified bike mechanic, and use the torque values we provide.
- Check them regularly for damage, especially after a crash, and stop riding a damaged component.
- Check that your setup meets the rules of the races you enter, such as Ironman or UCI rules. That is your responsibility.
The Strive Monobar has been independently tested by EFBE Prüftechnik (see our EFBE Safety Testing page). Testing does not replace correct installation and maintenance.
7. Right of withdrawal and warranty
See our Refund Policy. Consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years under Estonian law.
8. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, misuse, crashes or normal wear. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, photos, designs and the Strive Aero name and logo, belongs to Wattworks OÜ. Do not use it without our permission.

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, contact us first; we will try to resolve it within 15 days. Consumers may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA, www.ttja.ee).

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order
